Dahlia tuber sale information

  • Each listing is for one individual dahlia tuber with at least one visible eye.

All tubers listed are grown, dug, and divided right here on our farm.

We will send you the best selection of our tubers and keep the “ugly” ones to plant for ourselves.

We only sell tubers with visible eyes and possible sprouts.

There might be an instance where the sprout gets accidentally knocked off. Do not worry, the tuber will send out a new sprout!

We do not resell imported tubers.

  • The dahlia tubers will show as “sold out” until the first online sales open in late winter.

  • February winter presale: For my first online sale, I will open up sales with a portion of the tuber inventory listed.

March early spring sale: After all tubers are divided any additional inventory will be added.

April in-person sales: I will have an in-person sale at my local community farmers market.

Local pickup options will also be available through the month of April with pickup locations announced at that time.

  • Local pickup in Grandview, WA 98930 is available in April during Grandview Days Spring Market.

    Select Store Pickup at checkout.

You will get an email once the date and time for the Spring Market is confirmed.

  • Shipping is only available in the continental United States.

Tubers are shipped via USPS priority flat rate.

At this time, orders will not be combined.

Tuber shipping begins mid March through the end of April as weather permits.

  • Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis within 7 days after delivery. We can only offer the cost of the tuber.

Please inspect your dahlia tubers immediately upon arrival and do not put them anywhere they can dry out or freeze.

Treat them as you would a potato.

  • Squirrel’s Garden is inspected by the WSDA.

The farm is also registered and licensed as a nursery through the State of Washington.
